Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Greg Hogue and I returned late Monday Night from our trip to Romania to assist Ukraine refugees. Thanks to your generous support, we have been able to help many refugees from the war in Ukraine. All glory to God!!
This report will tell the results so far in helping the scared, hurting, hungry and sick refugees we have encountered. Most refugees are women, children and elderly people. We will save the personal stories for later. Needless to say, their stories are very sad and painful.
We organized transportation from the border crossings at Sighet and Siret (between Ukraine and Romania) to the Cluj church. Cluj is the nearest church of Christ (with proper facilities) to these border crossings. Housing was set up near the church building. Food and medicine are being provided to refugees in Cluj through our daily feeding program and the food room we set up last week. Food, medicine, bandages and tourniquets have been delivered across the border by Greg Hogue, Adi Voicu and others to Christians and to all others in need in Ukraine. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the prayers and financial support you have given to help these refugees. Only heaven will reveal the good you have done.
This great task has been organized and conducted by 6 brothers and sisters from the Cluj church (including the preacher and his wife), Greg Hogue and yours truly, 2 more Americans who came as Greg and I were about to leave and a few Romanians hired part time for assistance in transportation and room cleaning and of course by the prayers and sacrificial giving of the American Christians and churches.
Remember. If you want to help, all contributions should be made to:
